My Physical Therapy was due to a total hip replacement. From day one Ruth throughly explained my treatment plan while focusing on overall wellbeing. If it wasn’t for her consistent support and motivation I know that I would not be walking as well as I am today. Ruth thank you so much for everything you did to get me back to walking my dog and taking my beloved vacations with my family.
I have been coming to see Nikki for PT after my knee surgery for 2+ months. She has been fantastic! She is always on time, has a plan for the day and has an answer for all of my questions.
I’m so thankful to have been able to attend PT with Mikaela Holley at TherapySouth! I learned so much and got notably stronger in my daily activities from my pelvic floor, to my knees, to my ankles! She taught me how important it was to slow down, improve my form & breathe to prevent injuries! We connected right away, and I felt comfortable and looked forward to my PT sessions every week!
