TheraTree Pediatric Therapy Services

We’ve had such a great experience with TheraTree. The therapists are wonderful with the kids and truly care about their progress, but I also want to mention the front office staff. The girls at the front desk are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They make scheduling and communication easy and are always happy to answer questions. You can tell everyone here really cares about the families they work with. We’re very thankful for this team and would absolutely recommend TheraTree to others.

What kind place is this... you have given us two different dates for testing, and BOTH times have called a hour before to cancel because of a pre-auth not being optained? That is YOUR JOB. How in any stretch of the imagination is this being allowed? Who runs this place? I have requested off four half days in total now that I have wasted. This is absolutely unacceptable. Almost every bad review you have says "poor communication" or talks about your lack of contact with insurances. THAT IS YOUR JOB. It sounds like someone here needs to get it in gear or be replaced.

Terrible communication in helping new patients understand the process of seeking these types of therapies and also no support and understanding insurance coverage for these types of therapies before scheduling you for screening. All of the pre-assessments are sent online and you do not have the option to complete assessments in the office if you would like to be screened. Also, the front of office staff are very still faced with bad attitudes. Me and my child were late due to weather and were given no grace after coming in drenched from the pouring rain. Expect a very business minded office that is probably very much all for profit. I was not seen by anyone in office. I canceled my screening due to poor attitude from the front office and lack of flexibility and poor communication (see above statement). If the front desk doesn’t give Grace, I don’t think I could trust anyone else in the building to give my child grace through therapy.

My daughter has been going to TheraTree for a few months and we have seen great improvements from her since! Everyone is so friendly there and we absolutely love that she is able to go and has such a great time as well!

TheraTree has been amazing in every aspect I have had the honor to work with them. Angel, Karen, and Lilli have been phenomenal. From the back in to things to the weekly appointments, I can truly say I recommend and will continue to use their services. Thank you to all that has helped me and my family get the services we need.

We took our son for multiple appointments after getting a referral from our pediatrician. After 2 sessions the “therapist” said she didn’t think he was benefitting…but continued to schedule us and waste our time. After 4 sessions of nothing, we didn’t reschedule. Then we get hit with a bill over $1000 because our insurance wouldn’t pay for the type of therapy, TheraTree didn’t care. Then after requesting an itemized bill we find out he didn’t actually see a licensed therapist but someone in training. So we are expected to pay for the technician AND the supervisor who sat quietly on zoom for the sessions. The owners suggestion was to apply for grant money even though our son was unable to get a diagnosis. And I don’t really want to take grant money from a child who really needs the therapy. The owner is very unprofessional and the person I’ve spoken to several times on the phone even said she doesn’t agree with the owner.
