An autism center with the most overstimulating anxiety inducing hold music. I genuinely felt like I couldn’t breathe waiting 15+ minutes for someone to answer. That’s unacceptable and needs to be changed.
Dr. Jean is amazing and extremely informative wonderful experience also Katie the social worker was great to us and help us immediately with resources. I would get 10 stars if I could the whole process took about four hours, but it was very in-depth and we got the definitive answers that we need as a family to move forward with our autistic daughter
Staff was super friendly. We don’t feel like they listened to our concerns about our 5 year old daughter. She had an autism evaluation done roughly a year ago and she was borderline autistic. They wanted a further evaluation done and things we already knew they diagnosed her with. We took her to the Thompson center 3 years ago and they told us she had ODD. We knew our 2 year old didn’t have ODD. She infact didn’t. We are rather displeased with what they did. We had pictures and videos of her and it still wasn’t enough. This place is a joke. My 7 year old was diagnosed with Globel Developmental delay 4 years ago. Mind you there primary care doctor, psychologist and numerous others have stated both my 7 year old and 5 year old show significant signs of autism.
Dr. Rose O’Donnell was absolutely the most friendly, respectful, sweet doctor I have ever had a chance to meet. Her personality was so consistent with my son. She is an amazing doctor and human being. Thanks to her we have answers & guidelines to further help my son. More doctors should be like Dr O’Donnell. Her communication skills were on point. Thank you for your generosity Dr. O’Donnell!
