I wishhhh we would’ve found Thrive much sooner than we did. They’re truly Waco’s “Best kept secret”! :) ABA is NOT meant to be negative, painful, miserable, or unhappy. The love & care that Thrive put into my little one was unmatched! The growth, skills, and confidence that we experienced in the short amount of time there was unmatched! Some of the skills that my little one learned will be some of the skills he will - very likely - forever use. As a parent, I learned so much as well - 1/2 the work is at home & as a parent we have to do our part to learn those skills to support. Thrive does that! 10/10 recommend & hoping Thrive can expand to the surrounding big cities as well. 😉 Thanks for everything!!! ♥️

Our family is forever blessed by the amazing work of Thrive. My daughter went to thrive for ABA for 7 years and to school at Thrive School for several years. They truly changed our lives and taught our sweet girl how to adapt, be flexible and to use her tools when things get tough. She is able to do things today that we spent years praying for. The staff absolutely love their clients and celebrate every goal achieved because they truly believe in them and know they can be successful. Our daughter is the young woman she is today because of their love and hard work. There are not enough stars for me to adequately rate them.

To say Thrive changed the trajectory of my child’s life would be an understatement. My son started with them at 6 years old for ABA and then eventually Thrive School. He went from emerging speaker to a chatty social butterfly. The coping, self regulation, self advocacy skills he has learned made the transition back to public school shockingly smooth and successful. They taught us how to parent and work with our child to give him the skills he was lacking. Their parent training came with tough love but hand holding when necessary. We are astronomically better parents for it. I can not say enough about the quality of therapy my son received. Nor can I say enough about the genuine human beings that work there with so much kindness and love in their hearts. People shy away from ABA in the fear that it forces autistics to mask and be ashamed of who they are. Thrive takes the opposite approach. They respect autisitics for who they are and focus on helping them reach their potential and how to be part of society. They often state they are not in the business of fixing autistics because they aren’t broken. I highly recommend Thrive to all who are looking for an ABA therapy group in Waco that is neurodivergent affirming and takes a whole family approach.
