I live above this place for many years I have kids and ever since the end of the summer these people been in there all night slamming doors and banging on the floor. Nobody in these apartments smoke but they smoke all night long and I notice chemical smells, I have kids and they are scared. This is ridiculous I've called the city to report them and nothing. They must have hired new people because we've never had problems with them before. It's all night and all weekend I hear people screaming and nonstop cigarette smoke this so unprofessional these people work with children, why are there people in there all night. I'm gonna speak with the landlord I work and me and my kids don't need this!
Reading other reviews I Do understand what they are saying as far as turnover in staff but it’s a personable position someone coming into your home sometimes multiple times a week you may go through Bhts until the right fit is found (trial & error) … after that in our experience smooth sailing Our B.C. is wonderful attentive and professional yet kind . Would recommend.
I would definitely recommend Thrive Therapy to any parent seeking an amazing Aba company. The staff’s friendliness and passion for assisting children with various disorders are truly commendable. The positive impact they make on children’s lives are significant. If I could add more than 5 stars I would!
My experience here has been terrible their professionalism is very poor, they send people out for 1 day and then they will never call or show up, they don’t keep u updated with any progress of finding someone due that they are short of staff my daughter had about 8 BHT IN LESS THEN A YEAR now my daughter is with no BHT due to the lack of staff, sending a person every other month affects the kids my daughter ask everyday when is her friend coming and this is also affecting her mentally she is already battling with her own conditions for them to be irresponsable with my child mental health
Service providers are very unprofessional and forget they are there to support children with autism. It is sad that it seems like Thrive hires anyone who walks in their door. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and helpful, wish that they were the ones working with the children instead of the unqualified “BHTs” they send for the children.
