I am so blessed to have such an amazing child, however my son has faced many challenges and desperately needed the right professional in his life to help guide both his thoughts and actions as he's getting older. We thankfully found just this with Mr. Seth at Thrive Therapy Services! In my son's time here he has learned techniques to cope with the thoughts flying through his mind, his emotions, and what behavior is best/ most appropriate in different situations. I am incredibly grateful to have found this place and would recommend anyone looking for someone wonderful, as well as trustworthy, to talk with!

Zero stars. The office manager is only in 2 days a week. I called multiple times before I ever got a phone call back. I sent in all required documents and was told that they would be in touch soon to set up an appointment. I waited 2 1/2 weeks and received no phone call. I had to call them back. They hadn't worked on anything for my son. When I was on the phone with them they told me that they only had 1 adolescent therapist that couldnt see him until January and that it was only virtual. All this could have been relayed to me weeks ago so I didn't waste my time. My son has suicidal ideations and has severe depression. I told them it was crucial that he saw a therapist right away. They clearly do not care about patients beyond the pay check. DO NOT use them.

I reached out the first week of August to get my children enrolled in therapy and completed the phone intake on August 11th. I called the following Tuesday as instructed and was met with a rude person who said the person who does scheduling wasn’t in and that if I didn’t want to wait, I could go elsewhere. When I asked how long the wait would be, she said the scheduler would be out this week and that I would receive a call. Well, here it is three weeks later and I haven’t received a single phone call. Every time I call, nobody answers. This has been a complete waste of my time and feels truly unprofessional. I’m glad I experienced this before starting therapy, as I’d rather take my kids somewhere that actually cares about their clients.

I am so grateful for Seth Tetteh and Thrive Therapy! ☺️🙏 Seth is so kind, caring, patient and fun! I have never experienced a therapist who brought me so much joy! It didn’t have to be just “talk” therapy, it could be whatever I needed that day. For example: dancing! He is also great with little ones, I have a 4 year old son who comes in to say Hi to everyone, the staff was also so welcoming to him! That means a lot to both my son and I. I have learned so much about myself and I have learned SO many ways to cope. I have overcome so many things I didn’t think I had the strength to overcome. He made me feel so comfortable, safe, seen and heard, as well as accepted for who I truly am. I am a Christian and when I was first looking for a therapist, I had no idea he offered Christian Counseling. I was able to express my Faith openly, listen to worship music, pray openly, he was a guide in my walk with Christ. I truly feel like God sent me to Thrive Therapy for a reason.

You won’t find anybody like Dr. Hammond. His knowledge is vast and he just gets it. He thinks outside of the box, a quality that is not common. The compassion he has is priceless and Ive improved so much with him. I would never want anyone else as my psychologist.

Left feeling really uncomfortable by the entire transaction. Called to make a new patient appt, after taking all of my private information, the call was abruptly ended while quote "they figure out my insurance"...Ive never had a dr office have to "figure it out". After over a week without a call back, I called and a gentleman answered and without being given my name or anything he said "ya were still figuring out your insurance"....are they screening my call?? How did they know it was me or what I was even calling about?? Than after two more weeks and nothing, I called back and got no answer. Left feeling really compromised. Unsettling to give someone your address, phone, dob, insurance...and than immediately being ghosted. Makes me wonder if this is a big scam. Ill be watching my credit and all other things very closely after this odd interaction. Anyway thank you to LIFESTANCE for getting me in w a therpist, and being professional and doing what Thrive couldnt.
