My sessions with Tori-Lyn have been excellent. She has helped me gain a clearer understanding of myself and my boundaries, and I’m truly grateful for her insight and support.

Run away. This isn't the place for you I promise. They will only worsen your mental health with their bogus billing practices, forcing you not to be able to pay your bills on time, which are one of the stressors of your anxiety and depression. They bill your card and then force you to jump through hoops trying to get it back which I have yet been able to do. My insurnace company has spoken to them numerous times, stating Im 100% covered, yet they Ive been billed hundreds of dollars from my card. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSE WHERE. What a generic response below.

KYLE is very professional and nice. I have been depressed and sad for several years. I do not know how to grief. The questions he asked seems to help me think about why I feel so sad. I feel very comfortable talking with him.

There is something extremely shady going on with their billing practices. 4 times now I've been assured a billing issue would be fixed and has not been. Even got in touch with an upper level manager who told me they'd "personally" handle it to no avail. Besides the billing issue I've been trying to have addressed, they also charge a different amount for each of my 3 sessions, something I've never seen before in my many years of therapy. I will not be coming back, which sucks because Kyle is actually a good therapist, not his fault the company he works for is a crock of you-know-what.

I would never recommend Thriveworks at all! They care about the money and not about the well-being of the person. I went to sessions and the counselor/therapist does not even my name or what I talked about in last appointment. This is very frustrating for a person who wants to get the help. The counselor/therapist Keeps and keeps saying the same information over and over. I meant with counselor/therapist twice a week and still forget everything that I told him. I video call never works and getting in touch with the counselor/therapist is impossible and never respond when I do get in contact. How can the person get the care that they need and feel comfortable with the counselor/therapist? I did not feel Safe at all. Also, every week I get a call from ThriveWorks and telling me that they have a Psychiatrist and told them that I am not interested at all. They keep calling me over and over. I feel like the counselor/therapist is very clueless and not helpful at all. I am not going to call or email ThriveWorks, it’s waist of time. Lastly they everyone does not communicates at all. I wanted to see a counselor/therapist that I wanted to see, they told me that he was available and booked me and then they say; “I am so sorry, but he is not taking any clients”. This happened four times and I am so frustrated,
