My son has improved so much over the course of a few months at tick talk therapy! Lana and Taylor have given me the skills to help him with his latch, starting solids, and reach his milestones at home. I’m so grateful!

TickTalk has been an absolute life saver for my baby and his eating journey. Lana is the kindest person and really makes it her mission to love your babies as much as you do - and help them through every obstacle. I would recommend 1000x!!

This place is amazing! Our daughter has participated in speech & OT here for 5 years! The therapist are kind, caring & wonderful to work with! Eva & the other office staff are extremely kind, professional & return calls/concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to any parent whose child requires these services!

Lana is amazing since the first day she helped me with my daughter's lip and tongue tie. I went at 2 months old worried but everything she taught me helped with my babys tongue movement thankful for finding her and giving us an amazing experience. Thank you Lana ❤️

Beware of owner: You can review my husbands review previously today and the owners response. Lana is claiming that my daughters claims were denied when her own office says otherwise. We've also confirmed with ChampVA that she was not denied. Below is a summary of our email communications. Lana claimed they have not gotten paid since submitting claims 5/9. ChampVA supposedly requesting items TTT sent. Amy was informed today by ChampVA that they are barely starting to open mail from April - THIS IS NOT A DENIAL. Furthermore, Amy stated on more than one occasion, ChampVA received the claims, but they have not processed them. Also referencing their processing for April 2025. Also from Amy via voicemail: "they are not denying services. It's just that they take a really long time to even receive our claims when we send them." It wasn't until we confronted the situation that she is now stating that her claims were denied, which is not true. Instead of contacting us attempting to have us help communicate with ChampVA or discuss any kind of potential options with us, she gave us an ultimatum to private pay or leave (and come back later) - despite knowing they'll get paid. She has no care for the therapy of children with special needs. If I could, i would publish all of our email correspondence. Moreover, they pass around kids from therapist to therapist for weeks without any regularity for weeks. I went with it because my daughter liked most of them. Recently, both of my daughters therapists quit at the same time. I wonder why...

Disappointing Experience with Billing for CHAMPVA Insurance I am writing this review to share my recent and highly disappointing experience with Tick Talk Therapy regarding their billing and acceptance of CHAMPVA insurance for my daughter's care. We are a disabled veteran's family, and my daughter's services are covered under CHAMPVA. When seeking to continue her care, we were informed by Tick Talk Therapy that they were no longer willing to wait for CHAMPVA claims to process. They stated that while claims were not being denied, the payment turnaround was not fast enough for them. This policy is incredibly frustrating, especially given that other CHAMPVA-accepting providers and users have reported timely payments from the VA. This suggests that the issue is not with CHAMPVA's process, but rather with Tick Talk Therapy's unwillingness to follow through with the necessary billing procedures for military families. As a result of this decision, my daughter's ongoing therapy services have been put on hold, which is a significant setback for her well-being. This situation demonstrates a lack of understanding and support for the sacrifices made by military families. I would caution any other military or veteran families, particularly those with CHAMPVA, to verify Tick Talk Therapy's billing practices and commitment to the program before starting care. It is deeply disappointing that a provider would fail to honor this essential insurance and, in doing so, discontinue care for a patient who needs it. Response to Owner - Nice try to save face. No one yelled at you, we communicate via email. Your staff has already stated CHAMPVA is not denying claims they just haven't gotten to it yet. Meaning you will get paid when processed just like any other person using CHAMPVA. You will and should be blamed for this issue. If you do not like the process maybe you should not promote you work with CHAMPVA. Putting my daughter on hold is not a solution and you know it. Also, your calls and mine are recorded. Stating my daughter claims were denied is false.

Tick Talk Therapy is incredible and I cannot recommend this place enough! After having three babies with tongue and lip ties, I know the value of having proper feeding therapy, OT and body work done in order to assure the best possible outcome. Lana and her staff are nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, and caring. You can tell that they all are passionate about what they do. My last two children have been under her care and I'm so impressed at the difference it has made with breastfeeding and just their overall wellness. I will forever be grateful! ❤️🙏

I cannot recommend TickTalk Therapy highly enough! Our experience with this practice was nothing short of exceptional. We began seeing Lana after my daughter’s tongue tie release, and her personalized and compassionate approach made a tremendous difference. My daughter had challenges with both breastfeeding and bottle feeding, but after working with Lana, we saw remarkable improvements — no more leaking and a much better feeding experience overall. Lana’s expertise and guidance gave us clear and actionable recommendations, including specific exercises that we practiced at home. The progress was noticeable after each weekly visit, which kept us motivated and reassured. The entire staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children they serve. They are also very punctual, which is something I greatly appreciate. TickTalk Therapy’s commitment to individualized care and their focus on empowering parents through education truly sets them apart.
