I waited over a month to get in for an initial appointment. I never received the paperwork in the mail or email so when I called to follow up the receptionist said she had sent it to the wrong email. I gave her my information information got my paperwork filled it out and came in for my appointment on a Wednesday at 2 PM. When I arrived there was one person that helped me that was not the receptionist, she informed me my appointment had been canceled and didn't understand why. The receptionist was conveniently on a break. I am still waiting for her to call me back with an explanation as I had requested before leaving the office.

First time going to this place. Had an appointment with P Moore, disastrous for a person with Autism. She thinks she’s a clever therapist, when in all actuality she is a Psychiatric NURSE Practitioner. Which does not include having therapist skills. She provoked the worst out of my son, he left so enraged. We liked her medication knowledge but won’t be going back, too emotionally risky. She’s practicing outside of her professional scope, self admittedly says she does Therapy too, oh my goodness.

First impressions go a long way and this place is a disaster. I had a scheduled appointment for my son today at 930 today. Loaded up and sat in traffic for an hour and actually arrived 15 min early. Receptionist said "yeah sorry I misplaced your phone number and the doctor is sick today how does next Wednesday look"! I paused for a few seconds thinking about the day I took off work and the hour I sat in traffic to make this appointment. I asked if he could see someone else - response "no we are all booked up" I asked is there an office manager - response "we all work independently here". This office has no concept of common courtesy for their clients. I understand things happen but when you smirk and pretend that all is normal it sends a clear message how you feel about your patients and value their time. If the role was reversed I would have been charged a no show fee. My advice - avoid the frustration and find an office that has basic organization skills and values their patients.
