Tiny Treasures Therapy

We had the pleasure working with Urmila. She helped us with pediatric occupational therapy. My daughter was having difficulty latching while breastfeeding and Urmila helped us figure out the issue and worked with us and gave us amazing resources that we can use at home with our daughter. In the beginning of our sessions our daughter was having a lot of tension on one side which was causing her to keep her head to one side and was effecting her latch. Urmila gave us the proper exercises to assist with this issue. Now my daughter is doing better in comparison to when we started. Urmila is through and will guide you in the right direction. My kid has started seeing a positive impact since he started therapy with Ms Urmila. The progress has been consistent with methodical approach. I highly recommend Tiny Treasures and Ms Urmila for the OT.

Ms. Urmila and Ms.Rosemary have both been so amazing to work with! My 4 year old has so much fun every session and doesn’t even realize the work he’s doing while he’s there! So glad we found them for Occupational Therapy!

Urmila is an amazing Occupational Therapist. She is extremely observant, thorough, firm, kind, patient and gets results. You will not be disappointed! I recommend you give her a try. The facility is clean, spacious and fun plus, she offers convenient hours.

We started our journey with Tiny Treasures when my daughter was around 3 months old. She was having feeding and latch difficulties, and my lactation consultant had suggested them to me. She was fantastic with my baby girl, and we were able to work through her feeding issues. We also stayed in OT for a while because she had been a shoulder dystocia and had some hip tightness and a preference for using one side of her body over the other. My daughter just graduated from the program. She is crawling, growing, and happy. It was wonderful to have the extra help achieving her movement milestones. Urmila is wonderful with children. She's patient, asks good follow-up questions and checks in regularly, and tries to keep the therapy sessions a positive experience. My daughter enjoyed her time there very much, and I think she has benefited greatly from it.

Urmila has helped our preschooler come so far. For a little child who could fumble a pencil 9 months ago, now he writes his whole name, alphabet, colors and paints pictures, and is cutting with scissors. Her kind demeanor and patience is what my little one truly needed to get him ready for school. His teachers really see a marked improvement in his work and so much of that is a credit to his dedicated OT, Urmila.

We are thankful to Ms Urmila We used her service and we are really happy with it. She patiently listened to us on initial consultation and tried to understand what is our concern. With just few sitting , we see improvements. She gives enough time to patients and we highly recommend her .

We started to take our son when he was just a few weeks old for body and oral tensions and help with feeding. Urmila was so supportive and caring. She gave us all the tools to make sure we led our baby boy to success. We are so thankful for Urmilas help. Our boy is now reaching milestones way ahead of expectations!

I used Urmila's pediatric OT services for my 4 year old daughter. In a matter of weeks, my daughter had shown a big improvement in mastering skills that she was previously struggling with. She reached the goal a few short weeks after that and was so proud of herself! She is much more confident with this particular skill, and is able to articulate her feelings better. Urmila was extremely patient with my daughter and with making her feel comfortable during the sessions. My daughter looked forward to her sessions. Urmila made sure to incorporate activities that she loves such as arts & crafts, while also talking to her about her specific goals. I would absolutely recommend Urmila to anyone who is looking for pediatric OT services.
