I have seen a lot of improvement with my son. The workers are nice people

Our son has been attending for a few months and we have seen a great amount of improvements in his behavior and skills! We are very appreciative of the time, care, and attention the center has displayed towards him. They are communicative concerning his progress and setting goals to achieve and master the next skills. Would definitely recommend to other parents!

Our son has been attending total care for about 7 months and has made tremendous progress. The staff is kind and accommodating, and they really love him which makes us feel so much better about him attending.

Reviews are definitely loaded. When my baby was first enrolled, they would call weekly claiming to “check in,” but really it was to beg for 5-star reviews. So a lot of these reviews are from staff or from clients who were pressured before even getting a chance to fully experience the clinic. Some of the RBTs are great, but overall the clinic was unorganized and constantly changing. On multiple occasions my daughter was left in a soiled diaper, and the person she started the day with was not the person she ended up with, so the daily feedback was inconsistent and careless. They would ask me to bring items she already had in stock, which showed they clearly weren’t paying attention. We did have attendance issues, but it only became a problem after I started bringing up concerns about hygiene, diaper changes, and my child suddenly developing aggression and fear around bathrooms. I reported that my child had gotten an infection from improper diaper changes and their response was to remove us from the program without warning due to “missed days” something that had never been an issue until I raised concerns.

First off the people who are putting the 5 star rating are the workers and their family members. They just don’t want to make the place look bad. Let me tell y’all about these people. I’ve spoken with a close relative whose child goes here and they are unorganized as hell. Those people up there pick and choose who to be nice to, God forbid you don’t follow their rules so called Megan and Courtney they’ll go run their mouth to tell everybody who works there. They gossip about the parents behind their backs to the other therapists. I’ve heard some of the therapists are super sweet but majority of them give you a stank look because they "know about you" Like I said they talk about the parents. It’s an ok place for kids who are special needs but keep an eye open just in case you plan on enrolling your child here.
