Absolutely love this place, my daughter has progressed so much more since she has been attending here. All of the RBT’s are soo awesome and amazing with her. Highly recommend.
My two kids were the first ones to receive services here when they opened up in Jacksonville. At first I was nervous about how my kids would react to their new therapist but they quickly got accustomed to them. They were very professional and supportive and they answered my questions and concerns I had. Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t think twice about enrolling my children with total care ABA. What can I say when the May Institute shut down that left a lot of children without services and parents left to figure things out with limited resources. Then along came Total Care ABA announcing they would take over the building and retain as much of the staff as possible to keep continuity of care for our children. They worked fast and efficiently to get things up and going and provided a smooth transition for children like mine. I couldn't be more pleased with services received through Total Care. Thank you so much for all that youall have done to keep services going for our Jacksonville children.
