Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Total Care ABA's Fellowship Program is designed to support aspiring BCBAs throughout their certification journey by providing BACB-compliant fieldwork supervision at no upfront cost. Trainees receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs, opportunities to accrue both restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours, and hands-on experience across a variety of clinical and leadership activities. Eligible participants are employed by Total Care ABA while enrolled in a qualifying graduate program, creating a direct pathway from RBT to BCBA. Upon certification, fellows have the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position within our growing organization.
