If I could rate zero stars, I would. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend like they said I’m very well with advocating for my child as I did my research and a deep dive on this place before I even signed the paperwork they have wasted over six months of my time waiting for this spot for my son when I could’ve been looking at other resources they call their self a behavioral facility, but any child with any sort of behavior they’re not equipped to handle apparently my son has self injurious behavior, which was mentioned at every meeting we had i even brought him in where they saw him engaging in his self injurious behaviors and then they called me 30 minutes after emailing me on his first day that he slept an hour and a half of the two hours he was there saying that they weren’t aware of his behaviors and didn’t have anybody trained to handle them but in the email trying to accommodate behaviors that weren’t that bad? These people are so unprofessional that they have to straight up lie to make themselves look better like I said if I were you and I was looking into this place I would turn right back around and not to mention the facility is barely equipped for children at my first meeting, there was literal trash everywhere and children all over the place and distress The communication is also terrible. I had everything packed in my son’s backpack that he needed and helps him out, and they didn’t touch a single thing in his backpack and also did not change his diaper the entire time he was there

Unethical, high turnover and narcissistic management. This company is ill ran and I urge any family/guardian to do their due diligence of research before beginning services.
