I strongly recommend thinking twice before working for or seeking services from this company. As a former employee, my experience here went far beyond simple disorganization. Management was consistently unprofessional, communication was poor, expectations changed depending on who you were dealing with, and favoritism was a serious problem. Employee concerns were frequently brushed aside, while there seemed to be very little accountability from leadership. For a company that expects employees to consistently show up and provide services to vulnerable clients, employees should not also have to worry about whether they are going to be treated fairly and professionally. I was equally concerned by the level of clinical supervision and oversight I observed. As someone who worked directly with clients, there were times when staff were expected to manage situations without the level of supervision, guidance, or support I would expect in this field. When you are providing services to children and vulnerable clients, adequate clinical oversight should not feel optional. This company needs significant improvement in its leadership, organization, employee support, and clinical oversight. Based on what I personally experienced and observed while working here, I would not recommend this company to prospective employees or to families looking for services.

Trellis ABA has been an amazing therapy to work with. Your staff are very loyal, caring, kind and supportive. We look forward to our "play time" each time. Over the past 6months I have seen my children grow and learn into the boys they have always wanted to be but didn't know the communication to grow into those children. Each day is play based- they are NEVER told what to do but shown with care and love how to do it. It's beautiful. Thank you 😊
