Madison is so amazing! My son loves her and sees her as a friend. He says I want to see Madison. And once brought a snack for her. I was in the waiting room (which they will pick up and bring your child to your car if requested - we eventually went with that option), but again I was in the waiting room and saw her with a child who was in emotional distress because their session was over. She held this little boy and sang nursery rhymes to him and he calmed down so quickly. Impressive! he was having a meltdown and possibly autistic - if you know, you know. She is always trying her best in everything. Let's me even talk her ear off lol. But I greatly appreciate that I can relate my concerns about my son to her and she professionally gives me ideas and advice. She has gotten us a weighted blanket and band for him. She advised to get a vibration plate - which I also use now. My son loves it. I informed her about a possible stim my son was doing and she advised I take him to his doctor. His doctor said she was right and we are awaiting a MRI scan for his brain, the stim did stop (organic diet) - so I'm hoping everything is ok. Madison is just that person who truly cares and understands. She's very forgiving meaning very professional and intelligent. Madison deserves so much. People like her are hard to find. We miss Sam too (his speech therapist - she moved to NC) and Madison worked with her amazingly. Even made Sam and I a Pokemon reward chart for my son. Again, Madison is the type of person that's hard to find. Also, you are able to communicate (appropriately - make ups, call out, updates on childs medical status, toy left behind) with the therapist via text. Tri County is an amazing facility. They make the kids take off their shoes and wear green socks in the facility. I'm Muslim, so that was just amazing to me. Also, the facility is very nice (Ladson location) - so many cool rooms. Reception is professional and kind too. Always smiling or professional demeanor and I love both. My son loves, as he calls, the purple and green house. Thank you Madison (and Sam) & Tri County for doing everything right.

My son just loves Ms.Ella and Ms. Kieran, he looks forward to being with them every time he goes and they have been very resourceful and faithful in helping with his speech delay and his OT with his texture disorders plus Ms.Kieran has helped us with his transitions a lot. I just love this therapy place.

Absolutely terrific services provided Kieran we could not be happier My son has improved so much ever since he's been with Kieran. Also very well with communication sends pictures and shows us my sons progress along with tips and tricks to use at home. She's the best!! Can't say enough good things about her work and the pride she takes in her job.

We went to Tri County therapy for our son to help him meet his milestones for around 10 months. In this time we went from not crawling to walking. And we owe it all to Catherine. He absolutely loves Ms. Catherine and he was always so excited to see her. She worked with us and was always so positive and understanding. We are definitely going to miss her and we are so thankful for all the help and encouragement she gave to us! You can tell she really loves her job because she does such great work.

Why hello there, Tri County Therapy. Please explain why you tried to run my credit card on January 24, 2025 and my daughter has not been seen in your clinic since 2022. The last bill and payment made, which thankfully I keep track of and have records of ALL payments made to your silly little facility, since day 1, was on October 11, 2022. You got some serious explaining to do. I'm sure if there was a payment missing for a session, I would've known about this LONG before! I might change this review if you provide a legit reason for charging my credit card after not being a client in over 2 years.... UPDATE: Thank you thank you thank you for addressing this promptly!

We have gone through countless therapies for our son within the public school system, and then hung around on waitlists for eons. Tri county got us in with an effective evaluation and very little wait. Chris has made so many small breakthroughs with our son using creative techniques I would have never thought of. It is his favorite place to go during the week and I could tell our son felt genuinely connected with and loved. We have noticed a big improvement with eye contact and sharing with others in our sons daily life. Corey is an amazing speech therapist. She was so attentive to all of our concerns and went above and beyond to help us trial a speech device. Both therapists always made a great effort to schedule make up sessions when we miss the scheduled session. We felt so blessed to have 2 great therapists work with our son!

I simply could not have asked for a better therapist for our two sons. Haley is absolutely remarkable in so many ways! We have made so much progress with kids with different needs. She’s given us so many recommendations at home that have helped tremendously. She is so sweet, patient, attentive, and so personable. She is hands down the best therapist we have ever had for our children. I am so appreciative of her and everything she has done for our family. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and this career suits her perfectly!!!
