I have been seeing a therapist there for a few months and I have really enjoyed our sessions. I feel heard and supported. I’ve always been afraid of therapy and this experience has been wonderful.

I don’t remember the name of the counselor I was speaking to as this was a while back and I was extremely dissociated after something had happened to me in late 2023 and I was desperate to be admitted into some sort of program or clinic for legitimate help and treatment. I don’t remember much from the appointment besides the way the counselor was treating me as if I was a child who didn’t have any form of sentience, was completely insensitive towards my predicament even after I explained it to her, and when the questions surrounding suicidal/homicidal behavior came up, she threatened legal action against me for feeling hatred towards my aggressor before proceeding to tell me that “I don’t know who I am and need to quit wasting her time.” If I could give this place a zero, I would, but since I can’t, I give it a one.

My husband went there to try to get some mental health help so he could be a full time part of my sons life. The councilor there without any good reason broke the HIPAA law.

I didn't like the counselor named, Sarah Wilson, at all. She doesn't have what it takes to be a gambling counselor. She was always against my opinions, constantly cut me off when I tried to talk. I wanted my voice heard but she ignored many times. She was rude and disrespectful to her clients especially to me! That's why I stopped going there! She lacks attention to detail. I felt like I've been discriminated against by this woman. Although I have a gambling problem, I'm not gonna go there as long as this woman is there! I don't like Sarah Wilson. They need a new counselor!
