Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
Best in Oklahoma!! Especially the front office staff!!! :)
I have nothing but positive things to say about The Sunshine Center. My children and I received behavioral health and occupational therapy services for a number of years. We graduated just as they were implementing their new ABA program. I have no doubt the administrators and their staff are continuing on with their uniquely compassionate brand of outstanding concern for children and families affected by developmental delays. I miss our therapists very much and so does my son, but I am ever so thankful for the ability to move forward in life no longer requiring their services. I will always be grateful for the tools and coping skills my family and I have gained from coming here. Best wishes to The Sunshine Center and thank you for being an important part of our lives.
Sunshine center is a wonderful facility for children who receive occupational speech and ABA services. We had a wonderful experience there with very communicative and caring professionals.
My daughter comes here she loves it so much staff is friendly and very professional I love my daughters therapist Ms Ashley is the sweetest and my daughter has learnt so much already!
Haleigh in scheduling is very rude. Expect to be not heard and talked down to by her. I have been on a waitlist for over a year to change services to better help my child to no avail. Be aware when changing a scheduled appointment for another appointment time this counts as a cancellation. Even though you’ve been told your just rescheduled it counts against you in attendance. Be aware! *the response below is exactly what I thought I would get. They never once apologized about how rude the employee was, all they want to do is shift blame to the parent. My daughter is autistic and has tantrums/meltdowns that are loud and unpredictable. When those happen she is in no way capable of attending a class and getting everything out of it that she should. On those days I rescheduled to a better time so that she would benefit from therapy as well as her therapist. Rescheduling is not missing and it’s definitely not canceling. To publicly accost me and tell me I’m no longer a patient on a public forum is beyond ridiculous. Trust me the only one you’re hurting with this is my daughter that has been going to therapy here for over two years. But a month before school you want to change up everything because I disagree with how I was treated and stated that your policy was not know and unfair to children with actual disabilities. Very professional of you. Also all Counseling is confidential. I’m pretty sure leaking person and patient information is against the law and can have serious ramifications. “All information you share with us, whether it is information in our records about you, or even the fact that you have come to see us, cannot be shared with others outside Counseling and Psychological Services.”
We received recommendations from many other parents to go here for speech therapy or their other services. We are glad we did! Speech therapist we see is friendly and interacts well with our child to encourage language skills, which we implement at home as well. Staff & facility are great.
Great place! Clean facility with wonderful employees that truly care about the needs of the children. The receptionist is always super nice and makes its very easy to make appointments! My daughter's speech therapist is so nice and understanding, that my shy 2.5 year old already enjoys seeing and learning from. I'm excited to continue to see my daughter make progress with her speech and sign language!!
We have our 8 year old in occupational therapy there and it has been a wonderful experience! He is coming out of his shell, less shy, having a better time socializing with other kids/making friends, and trying new foods! I feel like we are getting more than I hoped for when we started even! My almost 2 year old daughter has begun physical therapy there too and I look forward to seeing the progress she will make! The staff there are all so sweet to the kids and so helpful and kind. It is a great place! We love it!
