Marlena’s kindness is infectious. You can tell she really cares. So glad I found her. Lifesaver!!!!

We were referred here by CDRC and I’ve called several times, and left messages and no call back. It’s been about a month. Unfortunately, this kind of thing causes trauma to people trying to seek help to their children, we have to keep going to agency’s, telling our story’s, calling other places, telling our story’s again, hoping to get help. It’s frustrating when balls get dropped and you call several times, and leave messages, and agency’s who are supposed to help don’t call back.

Marlena has been a godsend for my son! They’ve formed a beautiful relationship over the years and we just love our weekly visits with her! She is kind and patient but also able to redirect quickly when my son gets a little too rowdy or off topic. She’s always willing to get outside for appointments when weather and her schedule allow it, which is so fun for my kiddo. Her office is clean and fun and she always makes safety a priority. Plus she always has an activity ready for a sibling if they have to tag along. She always goes above and beyond for my son and his best interests. I trust her completely. We also saw Ruth for a few appointments at a different clinic before scheduling conflicts had us change therapists. She was also fantastic with my son. She’s kind and patient, but also didn’t let my kid get away with manipulating and trying to control the session which was something he really needed and I was very thankful for! If speech was still needed we’d absolutely go to her again! I’m so thankful we found Tumbleweeds Pediatric Therapy!

Marlena is seriously amazing. She is welcoming, understanding, empathetic, and so knowledgeable. My daughter made leaps and bounds, in multiple areas, since working with Marlena. We are so sad that we're moving out of the area! We will miss Marlena so much!! She goes above and beyond to help, and she is truly dedicated to her work.

There are not enough words to describe what Marlena means to our family. When my daughter with multiple complexities started with her almost 4 years ago now, she had severe stranger anxiety. Marlena's calm yet always fun presence helped her get comfortable with the formal therapy setting as well as being able to trust other adults that truly wanted to help her succeed in life. The tools Marlena has given both my girls and us parents, have helped with immense growth in so many areas. We are all so grateful that we found the total package therapist and plan to stay with her for many years to come.
