Great place to store things
Ordered a car trailer a month in advance traveled 13 hours to be told the day before we leave and was supposed to pick up the trailer that they dont have it. We ordered it a month in advance, why would it not be available?? Insert lie upon lie upon lie (still waiting for our call back). The only reason we had to make this trip was because when we were moving we booked a month in advance our moving trailer only to find out when we picked it up they didnt have it and only had a smaller version. Please tell me the point of booking online if what you are booking isn't going to be available???!!!! And then they refuse to make it right! STAY CLEAR OF U HAUL!!!!

This facility has top notch service, and friendly, professional service men. The deserve beyond 5 stars. We'd been on the road for 5 days and this was the last stop before the 9 hour drive back to Maine. We had a 9' box truck hauling our Subaru on a trailer. We noticed our lights weren't working on the trailer as we headed out. At the service center, 5 service men came and doubled checked everything. They replaced the wires and adjusted everything in under 10 minutes. Thank you!!!!
Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at this U-Haul with the guy running the place named Jose A. Super disrespectful not only to me but my wife. I did everything the night before online and they couldn't find it instead of him helping he just gave attitude. Ended up having to pay twice and dispute the first one. When we told him we needed a ball and hitch he said flatout he could not help us with that. Then when asked why he was giving such attitude when we were just trying to figure it out he told us to leave and refused to give us a refund had to call corporate horrible experience.
The entire process of dealing with U-Haul - start to finish - online with the app and in person, was easy, straightforward, and pleasant. This was the most stress free part of my moving day.
Booked online, staff greeted and helped me with my rental. Store was clean and trailer was in good condition. Only comment I have is when I dropped off trailer, the one male associate obviously smoked weed prior to work and smell was strong on clothes. It was not only obvious to me and another guest, but also to other store employees (1 being either Manager or Shift Leader) as they chuckled when they noticed too.
