Unprofessional. The workers are lazy. If I’m solely here to transport a patient, at the very least they SHOULD be obligated bring them outside. They expect you to leave your vehicle and come inside of the building… they lack common courtesy, don’t even hold the door open for you.. they just pass the patients off and go sit behind the counter.

My sister receives services with U&E and enjoys leaving her home to attend them. They look out for her and understand that each person comes there with their own individual routines/habits/etc and accommodate them so she feels comfortable, which really matters to her for her happiness and well-being. I've never met a rude staff there, even when they didn't expect us to show up. They even helped with vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic! Thank you all for continuing to provide a place my sister can go to and be safe.

Professional, understanding, compassion late. Everything you would expect from a dignified company. I would give 10 stars if I can!!

I give this place low star. They speak down to their staff and not as professional. They use profanity alot around disable clients. Avoid this place if all possible.

My daughter is a client of the facility and she is doing very well. In fact, it is my recommendation, through experience, that such an establishment be recognized on a national basis for the specific services provided by them! They also should be commended for a job well done.
