Patric is the best she helped my husband so much great person personality and is hard on him but has helped in every way even when she has 2 patients at a time THE BEST🙏🏻

Extremely poor experience. They care more about a paycheck rather than the wellbeing of the kids. If you get services with them and have a bad feeling, listen to your gut instincts. It’s supposed to be about the kids, not about adults who get paid TO HELP our children. That should always be the number one concern, helping.

My review is based solely on how one of the staff treated my child that was not even receiving services from this company right before school ended in May 2024. My child told me about an incident that took place at his school where one staff member of this United therapy center branch threatened him. I immediately follow up with the school and also learned that this is not the first incident with this specific staff. I'm currently in the process of filing a police report due to the threat. I also learned from other sources that this employee is still employed with the company but yet at another site. As a mother no adult that threatens a child should be working with children in any manner. It makes me wonder what else has this company swept under a rug If the employee is still employed with the company? I believe that this needs to be looked into more deeply.

I really want to thank United therapy as they have had such a great impact on my daughter . My 7 year old was diagnosed with autism this year and I as a first time parent I did not know what to do or where do go . Luckily my friend who had been with them for the past 2 years recommended me to them . And when I say my daughter has improved so much it’s such a life changing moment for me . Because I thought that I was it ! and I was going to have to learn to adapt . My daughter has finally showed improvement .. And I thank them so much and would recommend them 100%!
