Great organization that truly gets to the root of changing behaviors versus masking them. I truly appreciate the way all participants are responsible for their own behaviors and parents are told prior to enrolling what the expectations are. This organization prepares children/young adults for the real world. Not a fake world that will always cater to their needs. If you’re ready to put in the work and stop making excuses this organization is LIFE CHANGING!!!!

My son went for the first time last week. Had such a great time, the team was wonderful with their communication, the wife variety of activities and social elements for the participants is just what our son needs. He is so excited about going again tomorrow!

If you’re really desperate for mental health help, don’t bother reaching out to United Through Hope. Three desperate voicemails and no return call. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Shane on you !

Amazing organization that has helped my child tremendously. The confidence, maturity and excitement my child expresses since starting with this organization is what I have been praying for. After his first meet up with the group his words to me were "Mom, that was the best night ever!" Every week he attends multiple meet ups that are unique in teaching and guiding him to learn social skills, communication, behavior choices and so much more. My praise could fill multiple pages but I will close with a quote from my child's therapist. "I have never seen him so excited, talkative, energetic and most importantly happy!"

Terrible!!!We went to the Frisco location. We were sold on the idea that it would be a friendly, warm environment to help with social skills training. It was not. On our first day we were the first to arrive, and instead of greeting us we were told that we needed to stay in our cars and they would get us later. My daughter uses a fidget to help her as a coping skill and they tried to take it from her hand and chastise her for using a fidget. She is really shy and they were demanding she speak to the other girls. It was her first day and she never met these people before in her life. They were making fun of her for twirling her hair. My daughter was there for only 10 minutes. It is something she does as a result of her anxiety but they run the place like a prison!! I don't know if it was because of her race but she was not welcome there. Do not send your teen to this place!!!!

My son has been going here for probably about five years and I can't say enough good things about the programs and all the staff. They take such good care of him and are really interested in his growth and development as a person. They have helped him learn so many good lessons as well as giving him opportunities to socialize with other kids like him and kids that don't look down on him or treat him different because he's a little different. He always has so much fun. They really make sure that the kids are safe and well taken care of at all times. We love Dr. Harrier and her staff!
