Unity Care NW - Behavioral Health

This is THE WORST place for therapy. Very inexperienced people, unorganized front desk personnel and an employee turnover that would make any fast food joint look like a stable job. Not only did the therapist make me feel like I was completely out of my mind half the time, but they offered nothing helpful. Definitely nothing based on education or standard practices for the industry, not even kind words. I sure did hear about the weekend, the partner and even the former position. Once I even got the inside scoop on the office drama/gossip, which included an office romance that was breaking up a marriage. Sad, sad place.

I am very grateful for these BH services. We wouldn’t be the same without them! Great job Amanda!

After going to 3 different offices that advertised they were open on Fridays (they were not) I drove up to Unity Care with a Dental Emergency and they were the only ones that I found to be open like the website advertises. They got me in quickly and resolved my problem in a matter of minutes. Thanks for being there guys :)

Mike Nicholson is a horrible person. Dont see him. He used his position to take advantage of me, manipulate me, tried to get a rise out of me, cause me to be paranoid and if he did what i think he did illegally spied on me to screw around with me head. They fired him and for some reason brought him back. This guy should be banned from social work forever.

UCNW Behavioral Health staff are very understanding and helpful. They also have some great support programs here such as Qi Gong, yoga, DBT, art therapy, and more.
