On 3W we had the best staff!! RN Lorie and RN Randy were professional, friendly and went above and beyond. CSA Destaney was the sweetest and always smiling. A jewel! Dr Reely and Dr Heigle were amazing! So caring and willing to listen. Thank you Unity!!

Was sent to the ER by my family physician for possible appendicitis, we were put in the waiting room for over and hour and half , a lady came in after me saying she had a migraine all the while sitting there saying she couldn't wait to get pain meds , they took her back before me and a lady that was having more severe issues

I called to get help for my daughter and the lady in admissions got the referral seen the insurance she had and told me well we don't accept that insurance ok but doing some research I could sign up for financial assistance with her current insurance and it would be taken care of but did she mention that NO. I did not waste my time doing it because if that's the way she handles business I can only imagine how they treat the patients.

Sincere gratitude to the clearview unit for all you have done for my family. Excellent team! Staff works together as one unit. This is the 1st place she has ever been that , I felt , truly cared about her future well being and finding a solution. Professional, caring dedicated people. Special thanks to the director of the unit and the social worker. Excellent communication between administration and family. Thank you ever so much.

NONE of the reviews listed above are for this actual facility. While the nursing staff here is absolutely wonderful, their people who get the insurance to approve what needs to be approved leave a LOT to be desired. They threatened to send my mother home KNOWING they (the medical professionals) all said she needed more therapy before going home so she didn't fall again, all because someone wasn't doing enough of their job. I had to call my mother's insurance company to get the approval pushed through. Even though I was being told by the social workers they 'were handling it', no you were passing the buck. Yes it took me an hour to get what was needed, but persistence is the key and IT WORKED! I will NEVER take another family member to either Unity Health facility in Searcy ever again.

This will be the second time me and my children where seen in the E.R. department of this hospital. Dr. David Young is the best Dr. Ever he is patient, caring, helpful and friendly. Thanks again for restoring my faith in some Dr. At this hospital.
