My son has been stood up twice by his therapist which is Patrick Sapp and this is very unprofessional. We have received the reminders throughout the week so that I would be on time. Unfortunately, the therapist was a no show for the 2nd time which makes the business looks bad as a whole because that is who is representing at the moment.
My son had a good therapist. Abruptly she had to leave. We were told UTS would reach out regarding a new therapist. It took weeks of me calling them and leaving multiple messages to finally get a new therapist scheduled. We were hopeful. We recieved the text regarding confirmation and we did confirm. Unfortunately, we showed up and the therapist never came. We waited 45 minutes and called any number we could to see what has happened. My child was already anxious about meeting someone new. As a child therapist myself this bothers me entirely, let alone as a parent. This is highly unprofessional and unsympathetic. Disappointed is only one word to use.
