universal therapy is amazing with their clients and really cares about each person! The staff is kind, patient, and always takes time to help everyone feel comfortable You can tell they truly love what they do and want the best for every client!
Place is filled with un qualified behavior techs that have mental illnesses of there own they cant even control. multiple children have been hurt in there supervision from kids getting bitten by animals kids eating sand at the park, the have interns deleting sensitive work information and the is no client confidentiality ive heard them all gossip about senstive topics
Working here was an eye-opening experience. I never knew how creative companies could get with bending the rules and treating employees like afterthoughts. Truly a unique environment! :)
Working here has truly been an enlightening experience—it's impressive how consistently low the morale can be maintained. I commend the management for their unique approach to employee engagement; it's certainly one way to keep us on our toes!
