I called last week, and they said they would look into my insurance to see if it was covered... I called back bc I didn't hear back from them. Girl answered the phone and told me they don't take insurance at all. So I just wasted a full week. 🙃 They were also a little rude, so watch out*
Mary was FANTASTIC to my child. I would recommend Mary to anyone whose child may need an extra ear or confidant. We have been part of upside Therapy for over a year and have had no complaints.
Had a bad experience with Dr. Travis
Dr. Barbara actively helps me correct my problems and is trying to help me find new opportunity. I definitely rdvcomend them for solo counseling.
They put everything on a previous A.D.H.D Diagnosis that my son already had and that was only give to him at age 4, just to get him started on meds from metrocare services that what the doctor told me when he was because she said he was to young for testing back then and everyone i have taken to including this place just ran with that Diagnosis. Everything else in the report do not even add up or make sense answer what’s going on with my son. It’s like I can’t get help anywhere and my son is going to fail in life I’ve been searching sine my son was 3 and it’s either no one listens to me or they put everything off. What if he was never given that A.D.H.D Diagnosis in the first place then wha would this fall on and under. I believe he wasn’t tested correctly because of that Diagnosis and wasted my money I was hoping to get answers here I’m getting a lawyer and advocate to get my money back.
