Upstate Caring Partners is truly an amazing place. From the moment you step inside you can feel the kindness and compassion that shines through in everything they do. The staff are some of the most caring people I have ever met. They treat every individual with respect, patience, and genuine warmth. It is clear that the people who work here are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those they support. The facilities and residences are always clean, well maintained, and welcoming. You can see how much care is put into creating a safe and comfortable environment. What touches me most is how happy the individuals are. You can see their joy and their sense of belonging and that speaks louder than anything else. This is more than just an agency. It is a community filled with encouragement, support, and opportunity to grow. I am truly grateful to know that Upstate Caring Partners exists and I have nothing but admiration for the incredible work being done here.

This place is a completle joke. They demoted my wife because she had the flu. She had proof the directive says if positive she must remain home because the risk of getting people sick you demoted her to prevent the spread of illness she had doctors not for proof

Based on my experience with this company, I believe it would be beneficial for an independent third-party investigation to thoroughly examine their operations. While I cannot disclose specific issues due to legal concerns, I strongly feel that the situation is deeply concerning and has been inadequately addressed. In my view, the current environment may not provide the expected level of safety and well-being for the individuals receiving support.

Once my GPS got unconfused (I called the location and they got me straight) I got there at a brisk 2 minutes after. They were really cool. My administrator, Antonio, very cool. Love their work.

Employees were helpful good experience overall.
