My son has been going there for a while now. He loves it!! He went from hardly being able to understand what he said to having a full conversation and everyone can understand him!! Thank you for helping my baby. :)

My son received a neurofeedback scan with Dr. Williamson at UPST. Dr. Williamson was so kind and took special care to explain the entire process, why we needed to do the scan, the results it would yield, and exactly how she would help my son through neurofeedback therapy. Any questions we had were answered and I never felt pressure to hurry so she could move on to the next patient. This whole process has been a blessing because it has unlocked a mystery that has been holding my child back for years. We have not yet begun therapy, but I have full confidence that Dr. Williamson and her staff are about to change our lives for the better.

We had a great experience at UPST! My son gained confidence in speaking and met his goals pretty quickly. He loved his two therapist he had during his time. They made the sessions age appropriate and fun! My son was sad when he graduated from speech! Very pleased!

Our son received speech therapy after a tongue tie release. Dr. Williamson and her team worked so well with him, and now he's doing well and is much more confident in his speech. They've been very flexible with scheduling changes as school needs shifted as well. We have had an excellent experience.

The neurofeedback evaluation was completed and communicated to me very well. Each step was explained to me and my daughter and Dr. Williamson was so helpful throughout the process. My daughter struggled with some of it and Dr. Williamson did well to help us both when explaining that her responses were normal and appropriate. The evaluation was very helpful in ensuring my daughter received the services she needed to be succeed. I will continue to recommend these services and Upstate Pediatric Speech Therapy Services to anyone.

To everyone who has a need for services for their children, let me introduce this amazing staff at Upstate Pediatric Speech. The staff here are super qualified, very kid friendly and wonderful to communicate with after each session. They offer so many different options to help kids and adults. I have experience with them working with three of my kiddos currently. We have been going to appointments weekly for over a year. I want to give a special recognition to Dr. Williamson for her care and all her knowledge that works with each program. And special thanks also to Mrs. Kennon, one of the speech specialists we know and love! If you have any doubts that your child needs extra help, this is YOUR PLACE! You will be welcome on the first visit with trustworthy staff and you will receive amazing results in your child’s progress! Check them out! My oldest daughter could not get help or interventions through the school system, Dr. Shannon did her evaluation and enrolled her in speech therapy immediately. The office was always very kind, responsive and understanding with our schedule and they did an amazing job! After a year she was able to graduate and now we are planning to enroll my youngest. I would highly recommend Dr. Shannon and her team for any parents that want to be proactive!

Dr. Williams and her staff are without a doubt a HUGE answer to my prayers! We were so overwhelmed when we first had our thoughts confirmed of dyslexia. Upstate Pediatric Speech Therapy came highly recommended from one of our local experts. From the minute, I made the phone call until now almost 2 years later, the progress we have made and the support we have had is INCREDIBLE!
