We have done several trainings with Us 2 Behavioral Health Care and have always been very impressed with the high quality trainings. This DEI training provided a great opportunity to get an overview of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a high level of interaction and open, honest discussion. Sheng is fantastic at creating a safe and welcoming environment for learning! Thank you for all you do in our community!

The ethics training was the best and most interesting training I have participated in throughout my professional career. The information was presented in a way that was actually engaging and thought provoking. It did not feel like I was receiving mandatory training, but that I was learning something important for real world ethical issues that will help me in practical situations.

Should get zero stars. Most people seek therapy to get help. This was my first time and it was an awful experience. The woman from billing was extremely rude. These people made my experience so bad im not even going to try again at another place. I was already very hesitant due to other poor reviews and I should've listened. Getting in your wallet is more important to these people than mental health. I heard the phrase "we lost revenue because of you" many times. Oh, well im so sorry! I bet it didnt effect your business the slightest bit. Between health insurance and people paying cash im sure you make plenty daily. Be a little more compassionate, especially when people are trying to spend time with sick loved ones on the holidays. These people dont work WITH you. They work against you.

How is contacting the facility and staff harassment if i tried to communicate that my needs were not being met. Steer clear of us 2 behavioral health. All they care about is money. And creating barriers for care.

Did not have a good experience, as I was placed (patients are not allowed to choose a provider) with a therapist just a month before they went on a expected leave, had an appointment cancelled without any notice and was not allowed to weigh on the therapist replacement choice. Ended up being a loss of time and money.
