So disappointed. Waited forever to get an apt for testing. Staff is unhelpful. The intake paperwork is absurd and in my opinion racially bias. I have never had a health clinic Require legal status race or nationality. They may ask but never Require. I reached out about my concern and was told it is what it is and it needed to be filled out.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My son was only seen twice at this clinic, yet they billed both my insurance and me for five additional visits that never happened. This is not just a mistake—it's unethical. It’s deeply upsetting to see a clinic take advantage of families, especially those of children with special needs. We've worked with several therapy providers over the years, and we've never experienced such dishonesty or poor treatment. Shame on this clinic for their lack of integrity and compassion.
Dropped me as a client right after I payed almost $200. I was late to payment, because I did not receive a notice about it. Im also desperately in need of a refill on my bipolar medication!
Staff were great, It's their procedures and processes, don't get a diagnosis from these guy's they'll try asking vague questions so they can diagnose you with depression and anxiety, when all other professional opinions point to you not having depression and they try diagnosing you with depression it's extremely shady. Now there's a bunch of diagnoses on my record for stuff that was 5 years old, if you've got a history and you tell them about it they'll diagnose it as if it were happening today
As a mother of a son with autism, this is THE PLACE for helping your child through ABA therapies. They are professional and care deeply about helping people with autism. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I really wanted to like this place, I did. The therapist that we had was wonderful and doesn’t have anything to do with her. The problem we had was, once the therapist moved, we were promised another one which we never got, despite requesting it many times. The biggest issue, though, is the fact that my daughter has been on the waiting list for an autism screening for two solid years now. I’ve reached out many times and have been met with the same answer “don’t worry, you’re next, I will get back to you soon.” It’s been months since I’ve last spoken with them. We also found out that they had sent us to collections without our knowledge at all, despite us having a payment plan and cards set up. I feel like we were kind of just taken for a ride and my daughter still does NOT have the help that she really needs. So yeah. I would tread lightly with coming here.
I still have not had an evaluation for me and my daughter. I filled out a bunch of paperwork and all they did was put me on a waiting list. I dont understand why there is such a long waiting list to get an evaluation done.
Scheduled an appointment on a holiday, staff didn’t inform me that they were closed till the week of my appointment -had to reschedule. Moved my appointment for a telehealth on a different day, they needed vitals from their clinic the day before (what’s the point of offering telehealth if you have to drive out anyways for vitals?), but was not informed how to attend the appointment virtually. Was hoping to receive text messages in regards to appointment time and instructions -I did not. Fast forward a month later, I received a fat charge of $80 for a no show appointment that I was not informed about. I do take some responsibility as I should have reached out and clarified the when’s and the where’s; but if I’m subscribed to text messages I would like to receive them so I would know. I can’t call on a work day with my sporadic employer and the only days I have off to call the office is closed. The people are great, but the patient portal and ease of access with appointments have been a pain.
They have worked wonders for our daughter. She loves going there. They are great with her. They have bent over backwards to work with us.
This place has been amazing for our son. Circumstances made us move away a few years ago and the services we received elsewhere did not compare to the services we receive here. So we moved back just for these services. Absolutely amazing and I recommend them to anyone! More importantly my son has never been happier then when he's attended UTBS and the relationships and Joy they bring to him is worth it 100 percent. The care the staff has for my son is beyond words amazing and they defintely give their clients their all!
