great experience here, Kelly is an incredible therapist. She creates a space where you genuinely feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. She listens closely and asks thoughtful questions that make sessions feel purposeful and grounding. Her work with EMDR has been especially impactful she explains the process clearly and moves at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I’ve noticed real progress and growth since working with her, and I’m truly grateful for her care, skill, and compassion. Highly recommend.

Their goal is to get you out of the office as fast as possible, and it works! I’m happy that I was able to see results in so few sessions. I also like the variety of therapy methods outside of just talk therapy. I would highly recommend this office!

Adam at Utah Therapy Works is one of those special individuals that truly helps people discover and work through childhood Trauma. The results of the counseling sessions with neurofeedback afterwards has completely changed my life in a short time. You’re required to take the sessions seriously and mentally work through the different experiences as instructed but if you do the work, the results are unlike anything else I’ve tried. It truly takes faith, and working with a trained professional to get past these childhood traumas and I can say from experience, Adam is a trained pro in this area.
