They won't return my call. I tried to request a new patient appointment last year and never heard back. I decided to try again over a week ago and still nothing. If they're not taking be patients, a simple 5 second phone call would be nice.

Nurse Pratt is always extremely detailed with her care. I was in a crisis and the office staff answered me call and email pretty quickly to help me get a remedy.

William has been excellent working with me to get everything under control. He listens to what I’m saying and never discredits my feelings.

I really like the providers. They seem knowledgable and willing to try things out. I would recommend the doctors wholeheartedly. The reason this review is 3 stars instead of 5 is because it is a NIGHTMARE trying to get in contact with anyone. It is like pulling teeth just to get a response. I have never had anyone answer the phone, always left a message and sometimes they call back. They occasionally respond to chats in the portal. Email is hit or miss. So good luck if you want to contact them outside of appointments. It is a shame since the doctors are actually quite good!

My wife called 3 days in a row and left voice mails as a returning patient and didn't recieve a call back. Two weeks later we got a bill in the mail for a bill we had already paid. When she was attending, I called (I'm her hippa) to schedule her an appointment and Chelsea in the front office apparently didnt look up her information and instead told me I couldn't do that. When asked to check the paperwork, she hung up on me. When I called back, I said "we must've got disconnected", and she said "no, I hung up on you". Terrible service, terrible employees, and a lack of genuine care for the mental health of others.

Mr. John Crain, PMHNP-BC was very polite, professional, and cared about my needs and symptoms. I would recommend him to others. Billing: I pay my copay on each appointment. Yet, it’s showing a balance, as if, I haven’t paid any copayments. Can’t get a straight answer…confusing!
