Went here for a culture day even had alot of fun well organized event very nice welcoming staff

I am very upset to hear and see that our Nephew Todd Williams is being persuaded not to see his family and not being able to visit other locations and possibly be transferred to another facility closer to his family. Todd loves and wants to be with his family and this facility is shadowing his TRUE thoughts and not allowing his family to be part of the decision making process to be transferred closer to their home so they can be with him and do more things with him. Todd is sitting in a room and just watching TV day in and day out. He has family that want to take him places and be more active but this facility again is holding him from being transferred to a closer facility that is closer to his family which would allow them to do all these wonderful things with him. This is so disgusting that this facility is holding back a challenged person for their own benefits. TODD DESERVES MORE

I am not a fan of this place at all. They used my daughter to get whatever money they get for having these kids under their umbrella. My daughter started in January 2024 and all she has had since then is barely a month or so of ABA. She is almost 3 with babel talk and has not offered speech therapy. Her case manager and I do not get a long and she does not even warn me when referrals are sent out for her I just get random phone calls I'm not prepared for. They are not giving her a transitional meeting before preschool even through it was stated it would happen in her initial assessment. I have been nothing but disappointed with this place and they don't like me because I ask questions and say no to things instead of going with the flow. PEDS two session where a joke through face time my daughter just ran around laughing taking it as a joke but to them it was successful. My daughter is almost 55 pounds at 2.5 years old she can escape her car seat and the best advice I got was referred to the sheriffs office to see if I'm doing her car seat right. What a joke. Now I basically have to wait till the school picks her up to see what happens. The only part of this that has been positive, gives me tips, and communicates effectively with me is her ABA therapist which is not from VMRC she is heaven sent.
