If I could post 0 stars I would. Front desk on 7/8/2025 is incredibly rude. I take full reservations for forgetting my paperwork during our house move. I arrived a half hour early to complete new forms. I was met with rudeness & eye rolls. Will not even try to reschedule.
First time I went i was skeptical about even being there..My therapist Jennifer was very helpful in making me feel calm,although the first meds weren't for me..I came back on the second visit and and we straightened it out quickly..I feel secure that she has my mental health condition under control at least for now.

As a Veteran I could never recommend this place to other veterans. They are highly unqualified and disorganized. They are quick to alter medications and trying to get refills is like pulling teeth. On average it takes them 2-3 days to return calls which in the case of medication refills, is unacceptable. I believe most of the staff are grossly incompetent, and if you value your health/treatment look elsewhere.
Psychiatrist told me today she wasn’t working with me anymore. She was very rude and only thinking of herself. She just switched me from Effexor and I wanted to talk about the new one and she just went off on me about not giving me any more drugs. I wasn’t asking for more I wanted to talk about the change. Dr. Jenn at Veridian needs fired.
