I’ve been very impressed with the office and how they work with their clients. Josh Dea and Ann Bonafede are excellent at their jobs and my family have greatly enjoyed working with them.
Everyone’s very professional and inviting. The doctor is nice and easy to speak with. The clinic is very accommodating when needing to reschedule.
My daughter’s school Fusion academy recommended this clinic in their newsletter. Staff have been responsive and organized from the start and got her scheduled in the same week. Initial appointments were virtual which made it convenient for both me and my husband to join. We then elected to keep the medication appointments virtual and therapy in person. Both her providers are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Clinic building was beautiful and clean too. Overall very pleased with the service at this clinic.

I have been going through the scheduling process with VCPS and oh my gosh what a breath of fresh air! I am so glad my insurance prompted me to call them. The owner has been so helpful and responsive and has gone above and beyond. Such a big difference from other practices.
Inflexible and charges $90 for first missed appointment. Do not recommend if you’re employed or not rich
Horrible experience as the other poster had rated. Highly unprofessional and were not upfront about who was available for sessions, scheduling appointments without authorization, and made false statements about trying to obtain information (see poster below who actually works here and decided to keep her review up as retaliatory). Simply caused mayhem and not leaving out the option to contact the better business bureau if necessary. Please avoid and I am saying this as someone who has worked with mental health therapists in the past and had my share of good and not so good practitioners. This practice is truly unethical.
