Dr. Gbedawo has been our shining light of hope through our journey with our two daughters for the last couple of years. She is caring, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, thinks outside the box and has been there for our family in the most difficult times imaginable. She answers all of our questions and has helped us when there was absolutely no answers or support for our daughters. She has collaborated with other doctors on our behalf explaining and supporting us, wrote letters for us when needed and answered my many questions and concerns in the portal. She stands in the storm with us and celebrates our wins with tears of joy! I truly don’t know where we would be without her! Dr. Yang is wonderful as well and is now my Dr. because we are so well taken care of at Vital Kids including Dr. Henaj, Amanda, Kimbr and Erin. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, we’re grateful and appreciative and would be lost without you!!

Started bringing my 2 oldest kids here at the beginning of 2020 when my oldest developed an unknown tic disorder. Since then myself and 2 youngest children have switched care to them as well. In my experiences the office staff is very helpful and personable. Dr Fulmer has been very thorough and kind. She has made sure to explain the costs of testing and available options in addition to answering any and every random question I have had about anything. I drive over an hour for visits and I have no issues with this because the care team is worth it for our family! Highly recommend

Dr. Gbedawo and Dr. Fulmer have been so helpful in maintaining my family’s health and well-being. My kids say that they like them too and that they are not “scary” like the doctors we’ve seen in the past. They really do make a point to show that they care about their patients and I find that to be quite rare. They treat us like family and have taken the time to get to know each of us pretty well and I will forever be appreciative of them.

What can I say about Dr. Yang...she is the BEST! We found Vital Kids Medicine two years ago when our kiddo was diagnosed with Autism. Our kiddo has come leaps and bounds in his development, functional speech, fine motor skills, stemming, aggressive behaviors, etc. The recommended treatments by Dr Yang has truly changed our sons life. I honestly do not think that he would be where he is today if it wasn't for the "thinking out of the box" by Dr. Yang. One of the biggest treatments we started this last year was CBD Oil. I was very hesitant to even consider this as an option for treatment. But, after speaking with Dr. Yang and evaluating out kiddo, both myself and Dr. Yang thought it would be worth a try. It was one of the best decisions (medically) that we have chosen, so far. The amount of gains our sons has achieved is profound. I cannot express the amount of trust my family and I have for Dr. Yang and her staff. We have been with Dr. Yang for just over a year now. We have transferred care for our whole family to her.
