Oh shit I just trying to call them now to get help to find a job after I see the review I changed my mind 😂

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would they are not able to communicate with clients enough to know what is going on with anything important i was told my caseworker would give me a call a week ago so i message her after not hearing from her to let her know i need to ask her a urgent question she tells me if im having a mental breakdown call a number she gave me as if she was not aware i needed an update on some important paperwork then she tells me she will talk to me days later the day of our appointment did she not understand what urgent meant they are to busy to care about there clients unbelievable how this has been this is terrible and i probably would never work with this office again they never answer phonecalls and they barely answer text messages and when they do they can careless what is going on i have never been treated this way this is disgusting and the worse place i have ever worked with I've had enough if you are a person that would like consistent communication around anything important avoid this place because they will cause nothing but stress and worry. not to mention why are they taking in clients if they can barely speak to the ones they have already they care very little to the point where my caseworker didnt care to give me a call at all since ive asked to speak to her even after that she still couldn’t give me a call after her meetings smh they are getting paid for nothing who are they helping? because if you need any help or have any questions they cannot answer hardly. i will eventually make a complaint why am i getting treated like i am not a client at there office even my brokerage worker made time to help me out when she was on vacation even though i didnt exactly want her to help while on vacation i just didnt know she was on vacation but see the difference? there are people who care about there clients this place unfortunately dose not save your peace of mind from this place they do not care and yet still get a paycheck this place needs to make some changes because that is not how you run a business this business is to help people not decline helping clients. oh and telling me to talk to my brokerage worker instead as if she can answer the questions about there office racist? because i am not sure why she would tell me to talk to other people about questions that have to do with her only what she meant was i cannot help you just ask other people for help with anything foull.. Be Aware dont work with this office. update my vr worker ghosted me the day of my appointment after waiting a month a few weeks for my appointment and she avoids talking over the phone she purposely acts this way she was offended from day 1 because of me communicating and needing a update for something she skipped my meeting after me waiting awhile with no explanation all she said was she cant text fast she will send a email a email? she should have given me a call we had a appointment and no she did not have another meeting that im aware of she just ghosted me and didnt wanna talk to me knowing we had a meeting this is redicoulouse she will be reported

They've been a tremendous help in getting me work clothes and my forklift operator certification.

Stopped using this poorly managed service YEARS ago. Phal was very rude, kept using pet names with me even when asked to stop, would not let me talk often during our appointments. He had hired a 'employment specialist' for me who was also not good at their job.

Hillsboro office is horrible. They keep loosing my records and saying they can't help me until they get my records. I emailed them a a few weeks ago and they still say they haven't gotten them.

Very slow at responding to questions. Sad that there is no E-address to contact them unless you call or walk in! I have had 3 different counselors in 4 years with very little corresponds between prior counselor and new.

Hard to find. Slow response time, but helpful staff. This location of Voc. Rehab is tucked down the street. If you cross the train tracks, you've gone too far. Allow yourself some extra time to initially find the place. Voc. Rehab is crazy over-booked... on the order of months. It will take you some time to get assigned to a counselor. Once you are assigned, things move a bit faster. You can get a response in 1-2 days. I'll update this review when I get a job. It has been over a year. That can be frustrating when you're ready to get a job "Right Now!" I have heard that the job you finally get is a good one. *fingers crossed*
