If I could give zero stars best believe this incompetent organization would receive it. 4 appointments scheduled 4 appointments canceled by them. Missing work to boot. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this group like the plague.

This business was horrible they would not cancel appointments until after I showed up at the appointment dropped off. My one family member was accused of having criminal history and apparently they had mistaken him for another client and there was no criminal anyting going on with the counseling it was just counseling and pretty much told him he had to sign every release form or he was going to jail and they had the wrong person. This is the most low budget place anyone could ever go I've seen 7-Elevens run better by teenagers. They will do more harm than good.

Between the receptionist, and the actual mental health work. I really appreciate this facility for it's work within the community.

So it's 2019 and my therapist asked me, "So, tell me, where do you see yourself in a year?" I keep telling him that I don't know because I don't have 20 20 vision. 😐😏 But seriously, I've been helped by my therapists here.

I am very disappointed with the services provided. My 16 year old grandson needed counseling services; Wagner Behavioral Health was recommended. He has had more cancellations and no-shows from his counselor than actual sessions. Consistency is key in any mental health crisis therapy program, and this establishment DOES NOT deliver anything close to consistency! They ought to be ashamed how they operate their services so poorly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!
