This one star is entirely attributable to store manager, Joanna. Instead of providing an exemplary model of customer service for the staff, she was condescending, short-tempered and rude as I sought to resolve an issue that was admittedly the fault of the store alone -- all while well-meaning and otherwise polite employees who had attempted to help looked on in embarrassment. It was perhaps the worst experience I've endured in retail. At minimum, Joanna is in bad need of remedial training in customer service. In the meantime, I suspect your store will suffer according to the business maxim "the fish stinks from the head down."
That's the regular Walmart location, but with nice people who work hard to make sure people who come in find what they want.
