I have no idea why Isaac and Chloe had such bad experiences here. I saw those reviews and was floored. Though I can only speak of my own personal experiences here, I can say that billing has been relatively simple. They work well with insurance, and have always been ready to offer me a statement when needed. I’ve had not troubles. Regarding those services, I cannot recommend Sarah or the team here enough. She is always super attentive and patient, and open to anything we need to discuss. She’s incredibly professional, respectful, and insightful. She’s helped my partner and I through so many things. She’s helped our relationship grow stronger and more fulfilling, and we owe her a debt of gratitude for the foundation she helped us build. Please look past those reviews, as there are some truly gifted folks at this location.
This place here doesn't give a care about you only about the money I'm a overall truck driver dealing with a lot of issues possibility PTSD but all they want to do is charge you not even communicate with you when you're up on the road don't go here for anything I'm
I don’t often share details about my mental health journey, but as someone who has faced major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD, I can honestly say that working with Richard Krebs and Warrior Wellness has been life-saving. Richard specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression, and his expertise in EMDR therapy has been instrumental in my healing process. Before I began working with him, I never imagined I would see this side of 40. Every day, I am profoundly grateful for the gift of more time in this life, and I attribute much of that to the care and support I’ve received from Richard. If you are struggling, I wholeheartedly recommend Warrior Wellness. Their compassionate and skilled approach could be the difference you need.
The therapist I had was overall great, it’s the office that has an issue. After every single appointment that I paid copays for, I’d ask if everything was ok and set and they would tell me yes.. they even scanned my insurance card TWICE after already having copies (it didn’t change) until the day of my appointment as I was leaving I got a call saying I wasn’t allowed to come in because of insufficient funds. They racked my bill to $800 over months without telling me. Contacted the office and therapist and they gave me the cold shoulder. Highly don’t recommend.
I recommend my therapist at Warrior Wellness to anyone seeking therapy. I have seen other therapists in the past, but none compare to Josh. He is compassionate, kind, and has helped me work through some serious life adjustments. Though I have not seen other therapists here, I am sure that they are all exceptional. I know that some people who have left reviews mention the cancellation fee, which I have also had to pay before myself; however, it is fully disclosed in their intake information that this is the policy, so I don't really understand why people get so upset when this occurs.. I have nothing but a good experience with Warrior Wellness and all of their staff.
Warrior Wellness helped me navigate thru a dark disappointment in my life. There were key life truths told to me that I will never forget such as “stay above reproach” for an example. My appointments were scheduled as I needed with greater frequency in the beginning. When there were times I couldn’t make an appointment due to a conflict the technology was in place for a virtual appointment. I always felt genuinely cared for by all I met. Life throws curveballs but this group shows you how to swing at them and have happy in your life.
Truly loved this place & therapist until one day they wouldn’t see my kids because I was told that “the last several appointments hadn’t been paid for by insurance”. I checked insurance which hadn’t changed at all, let the practice know and also gave them the new telemedicine codes from the insurance company. No response to repeated emails (which is the better and faster way to communicate) to even try and help so I’ve come to the conclusion someone there doesn’t care enough or smart enough to file insurance claims. After months of therapy & gaining my kids trust, now I have to start over because it was very literally only a paycheck to them.
