Waypoint Pediatric isn’t just about the patient, it’s about the patient and family! From day one the experience is pleasant. Therapists meet with patients and caregivers to see what the overall goal of therapy is. They create goals to work towards and have constant interaction and check-ins with caregivers to ensure everyone is on track. In addition, the therapists actually understand how to encourage children to want to participate in therapy, and have fun while doing it.

If you’re looking for the best PT’s and the best environment for your or your child, please GO to Waypoint! I’m not a person who writes reviews but I really need to share my excellent experience! Before them, I tried at least 4 PT’s and didn’t see my son progress, which makes me felt so anxious and sad. His neurologist said he was not able to crawl or walk but I never give up. Something in my heart makes me look for more and I did. After hard work, my son is walking, talking and I couldn’t be happier. This is not just about walk or not because it’s just a small piece of his story and we’re still working on that. I’m talking about the best person that I’ve ever see taking care of my toddler. Janelle is not the best PT but she is a wonderful, kind, smart, sweet, focused, persistent, capable, adorable, supportive person and I’m sure that it makes a HUGE difference. By the way, I had the opportunity to work with others PT’s at Waypoint and I can say they all are wonderful, really!!! I’m sharing my experience because I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important it’s for the best result. They’re really great! Also, they have a super efficient and kind staff either in Issaquah and Redmond. I’m so happy to find them, my life changed and I’m very, very grateful! Congrats waypoint team, you guys are THE BEST!!!!

Waypoint is absolutely amazing!! The team is so kind and passionate about what they do. The care my daughter received was great! They went through a ton at pt sessions but also gave her exercises to do at home which helped tremendously! They even went the extra mile as my son was with and showed him a few things to have him do for prevention! 5 stars!

The best team around! We have worked with Allison for years. She continues to evolve our daughters care based on her complex needs. She is a most valued part of our care team! Allison and her staff are caring, flexible and always put the needs of our daughter at the forefront.
