I didn't have to wait long to be examined. The health care professionals were on point in treating my illness.

I went to the Wellnow at 233 North Genesee st in Utica ny this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far the RN that took my vitals and prepared me for the Dr was Awesome extremely knowledgeable and friendly with a great personality I’d go back just due to her professionalism and the dr was great knew how to treat and explain everything I needed to know about what was happening and showed me we’re to get specialist treatment also

Awful experience as far as being quoted a price for services and then surprise billing months later. Charged the insurance rate, which was basically double the cash price which I was quoted. The billing phone number is useless and I call every week and this has been going on for the last five months. I am in the medical field and the frustration with their improper billing would make me never return. My opinion would be to go elsewhere.

My wife made an appointment for 3:30pm. We arrived early because we respect other people's time. Unfortunately, WellNow apparently doesn't respect other people's time because we waiting 2 HOURS!!! to be seen. 2 HOURS??!! In what line of business is this acceptable to keep your customers waiting like this. Will we be compensated for our time? Of course not. This is just the cost of running a terrible company. The only positive take away from this is the fact that we will NEVER give this establishment our business again. WellNow, you are an absolute disgrace to any professional business.

Waited 3 hours just to be told to go to Wynn hospital and then waited a little bit more just to be released from there. Only released when I went out and asked to be released since they couldn’t help

I was feeling horrible. The service and care was wonderful. They diagnosed me quickly with Flu A and promptly started me on the meds I needed. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff was wonderful.
