WellSpan Pediatric Rehabilitation

First the speech therapist is awesome. The biggest issue is the response time of the office. My daughter missed an appointment because she was in another doctors appointment that took longer than it should have. They told me I should have called but as all Wellspan facilities don’t allow cell phone use how would I give them a heads up. They can see this in their epic chart. I understood it happens. I was told I can call and reschedule the appointment. I called and had to leave messages 3 times total for the office to reschedule and never received a call back nor a message in my wellspan portal. The office is a joke. As a professional myself I am required to return all calls within 24-48 hours and this office doesn’t have the decency to even return a call. So again therapist is great the office sucks. Next I was told I will have copays but I have yet to receive any bills for any and with every other bill from Wellspan I am sure it will show up several months later and they will expect it paid within a month or they will send it to collections. It is so frustrating that there are very little options in the area for the children.

Front desk staff and the speech therapists are all very pleasant and helpful.

Love the care and attention my granddaughter receives here. I feel it is definitely improving her life all around.
