AWFUL. I TOOK MY 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER THERE. SHE HAD BEEN CUTTING AND WAS BLEEDING. TINETA HILTON AN EMPLOYEE THERE BROKE OUR PRIVACY HIPPA RIGHTS AND TOLD PEOPLE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. MY DAUGHTER WAS CONFRONTED BY PEOPLE AND SHE THEN TRIED TO KILL HERSELF. THANKS TINETA AND WELLSTONE FOR RUINING OUR LIVES.

My son really enjoyed his stay here in teen unit. The therapist was helpful and knowledgeable. Front desk did seem alittle unorganized.

I went here for a little bit (I’m under 18 this is on a burner) and the weak staff is amazing for the adolescent care. I was there for 3 days, and there was the most sweetest staff there, I want to say thank you to Mrs.Mary. She really made me realize that I wasn’t crazy and I was just in pain. I wasn’t treated crazy, I was treated like a normal person which was kinda shocking to me. The food was ok, wish they had fresher things. I got seen by the psychologist almost immediately. And got diagnosed quickly. They also heard me when I would ask for things and got it done quickly. I was there for only half a day for the weekend staff..if I’m being honest they were a bit intimidating. I recommend if your child is struggling have them stay here for a little bit. It’s not that bad if anything it was really relaxing talking to the staff and the other kids.

This place has some serious issues. The provider is doing her best but the support staff is at the front desk is shameful. This is the kind of facility that would benefit from an inspection and maybe some surveillance. You would be ashamed of how they treat clients. It would make for a very interesting news story. I wonder if there is anyone who reviews the recordings and audio at the front……

I would give then zero stars if it were possible. Unresponsive, irresponsible!

Took my son to his appointment after several phone calls to verify the information they needed. I got screwed by a judge and have full custody of my child. But do not have an Alabama parenting agreement, which is required by courts but I was not given one when I was laughed out of a court room. Due to this they stated I did not have custody, and told my son his deadbeat dad would have to bring him for them to see him as a patient. They should have billed medicaid if they not going to see him. Its always a receptionist who thinks she's better than everyone else...

My therapist, 😍 Shara Walker 🤩 is truly a compassionate and empathetic presence in my life. She listens deeply and without judgment, making me feel safe and understood. Her kindness, helpfulness, and patient. I don't always grasp the therapy she guides me through right away, but she is always gentle and understanding, never rushing me. Each session leaves me feeling seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, boosting my confidence and sense of empowerment. She is incredibly resourceful, offering a wide range of therapies that she thoughtfully customizes to your needs and areas you wish to improve.
