I have two Son's that attend here for speech and Ot services and I absolutely Love their therapists 🫶🏼 Ms. Clarissa, Mrs . Gabby & Ilianna are the absolute best and let's not forget our favorite admin Jonathan. He is always so kind answers any questions I may have and always on Top of check in . I love that whatever concerns or things I may express or want to work on with my son Gabby and Clarissa address it right away and we are always on the same page . I'm Soo grateful for them 🤍

We are beyond grateful for Ruaa. Our son was recently diagnosed with autism level 3 and is nonverbal, but we began speech therapy with Ruaa months before his diagnosis and having her has been great! Ruaa is incredibly sweet, patient, and intuitive. Our son takes a long time to warm up to people, but she never rushed him or pushed past his comfort level. Because of that, he has built a beautiful connection with her. He now grabs her hand to help him open cabinets, and feels safe enough to make strong eye contact with her while she's working with him on identifying toys and engaging in play. Those moments may seem small to some, but for us they are huge milestones and they speak volumes about Ruaa's ability to truly connect with children where they are. She meets our son with so much compassion and respect, and it shows in the progress he's making. If you're looking for a speech therapist who is not only skilled but genuinely cares, Ruaa is someone I cannot recommend enough.

We've been very happy with Joan. She really has helped our son with emotional awareness. Its been incredible to see him develop tools and skills.

This is for OT and speech. I have loved my experience here with speech and OT. The therapists are fantastic. The quality of services they provide is phenomenal.. I've been doing OT and speech with them for 5 years now. I've seen many strides with my son. Great place if you are looking for OT and speech.

I’ve had 3 of my 4 kids go to speech and ot here and it has been fantastic! Jackie goes out of her way to learn new methods to help with my kiddos severe speech disorder. Bailey has been good at communicating and adapting to concerns that I’ve brought up. The waiting room is set up well for waiting with a toddler during the therapy appointment as we live too far away to go back home.

I agree with the review that felt they only care about money and feel their billing practices are misleading. I purposely called ahead to make sure my insurance covered speech therapy. I was told it did. It wasn’t until AFTER the evaluation that I was sent a bill of almost $300 and told my insurance actually doesn’t cover speech therapy. Their response to me saying I can’t pay for this unplanned bill is to sign up for a payment plan.

We absolutely love Whole Child Therapy! We started at the Claremont location in June 2024 and moved to Rancho about 8 months ago (our Claremont therapist began working in the school setting and Rancho opened and is closer to our home). You can’t go wrong with either location. Both have absolutely wonderful, caring staff that greet you with a smile in person and a cheerful voice on the phone. That being said, so much love for Rancho! My son sees Miss Ruaa. He absolutely adores her and practically runs to the car on speech day, he’s so eager to see her. His speech has improved so much in the last year thanks to everyone at Whole Child Therapy, but especially Miss Ruaa. She is so kind, patient, and fun for kids but also very knowledgeable. She gets to know her clients and you can tell she prepares for each session, taking into account each child’s likes and dislikes along with their needs. We can’t say enough good things about her and the positive impact she has made. I am still blown away at my son’s progress daily… it’s like night and day from where he was a little over a year ago when our whole speech journey began! Seriously, this is the place for speech therapy!! I’m really hoping they bring OT to Rancho soon too so we can leave our current facility and have OT here. Once you come to Whole Child you feel spoiled! No other place has cared or worked as hard as they have for my son. Thanks you to the best speech therapy around, Miss Ruaa and Whole Child Therapy!!
