My primary care provider called in a referral three weeks ago. I never received a call from the office. I called in to get an appointment, but it was only a recording so I left a message telling them that my primary care provider had already put in the referral. Would they please call me with an appointment? I never received a phone call. I called again today and got a recording that they are closed till after the first of the year?!?!
These folks will lie to you. They told me that I couldn't use Amazon pharmacy because they don't "take electronic" prescriptions. Lol This was after they had sent it there prior months.
Dallerie is wonderful to work with for making sure prescriptions get sent to the pharmacy in a timely manner.
Would not listen to what me and my husband had to say about our son and his behavior issues and was making excuses left and right not to help us. It feels like it’s because we are moving and they won’t be seeing him no More
Dallarie Jamison is amazing!!! I fight with a few mental problems and I’ve been to many doctors and nurse practitioners with no luck. Dallarie has helped me in so many ways I feel a lot better. She has always been very helpful with my medication and just being there for me to talk to. Thank you for doing an amazing job and all around a wonderful person.
I went today for my initial appointment, arriving 15 minutes early. I walk in the door to a very unprofessional receptionist with a very bad attitude. After rudely asking for my insurance cards she returned them to me and said PA Courtney Brue would be right with me. My appointment was for 9am. Finally after waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time I decided I obviously selected the wrong mental health provider. I found that a professional service provider would at least be on time for an initial evaluation of a new patient. I decided my time was worth more than Ms Brue's so I explained to the receptionist that I've obviously chosen the wrong provider and told her she had a bad attitude. Then I walked out. If -5 stars was an option that's what I would have chosen.
