The staff is always welcoming and have been great with my son. Miss Selena and Miss Abby work great with him. He's always excited to have them for the day.

We love Wolff and phan I love her team they are all so kind and genuine and care they love my daughter I can tell my daughter loves it and just in the few months she has been there I seen some major improvements I am grateful my daughter gets to be a part of the Wolff pac thanks for taking such great care of my daughter and giving her the help and support she needs (:

We love everything about Wolff PAC. The entire team is incredible from the office staff to the technicians. Our daughter has been carefully paired with the perfect techs who care for her and she loves them in return! She’s has a very special connection with Ms. Jess and of course we adore Holly and Nikki in the office as well! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire application and insurance process. We couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Wolff PAC! 🩵

I have nothing but good reviews about this center they have been helpful and patient with my daughter since she's been attending their program. She's made a lot of progress and I can't wait to see what else she learns and achieves while attending.

I loved the staff but unfortunately not a great fit for children who have any sort of behavioral issues that fall under those associated with ASD. My son did exhibit destructive behaviors and because not all staff is trained adequately to handle behaviors associated with ASD, they escalated the situation and locked him in a room to throw a fit. I wasn’t notified until I came to pick him up and when I asked questions about how they were able to get him into a room if he was at a heightened state, I wasn’t given a solid answer. The director ultimately requested my son be discharged from their program and they said it was because they didn’t want to risk losing staff due to my son’s challenging behavior. I think they have good intentions, the director seems knowledgeable but the majority of staff is young and inexperienced in this specific disorder and de-escalation in a positive way.

How do you write a review about people who are more like family than a business? That is how I define Wolff & Phan. When looking for help with my son, awaiting a diagnosis I found Wolff & Phan’s information and began speaking with Holly their Administrator via email. She told me EVERYTHING I needed to do to get my child diagnosed. The words and moves to make to get things moving faster for my son. This was ALL BEFORE my son was a part of the center. She continued to correspond with me for MONTHS again all before my son was a part of Wolff Pac. The strides my son has made in the last six months are nothing less than amazing. They have helped my son with his anger, he has tools that work and he is much less stressed now that he has other avenues. Not only does the ABA therapy he gets there invaluable, so are the relationships he has with the staff and other children there. He is learning personalities, and maturing right in front of our eyes. Learning social cues is not easy but Wolff Pac makes it fun, not work to our kids. My son loves to go! Talks about his friends and his teachers there. I could not have imagined a better place for my child when I got that first email back from Holly. The ladies who work there care about what is going on in our day to day lives. I have bi-weekly training sessions with them and my sons father. We are NEVER in the dark about what is going on with our kiddo. I have the ability to work without worrying about what kind of ABA my son is getting. I know how much he is loved and taught every day. With all my gratitude thank you ladies all so much for all you do every day for our kiddos. We couldn’t ask for more.

I can't even put into words how grateful I am for everything Wolff PAC does for my son! The entire staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. My son loves coming here! I have noticed improvements in him every day since he started. He has reached so many milestones (He said Mommy & Daddy for the 1st time ever) !! Thank you Wolff PAC for everything you do!

I absolutely love this place and not only the place, but the personnel. My 2 year old grandson goes here. He is progressing leaps and bounds! I am so impressed with the whole experience here from walking in and seeing the receptionist who greets you kindly (I feel her smile even with the mask on) to the teachers who are just the BEST! They truly care about their students and it shows. The owner has hand picked her staff and has done an exceptional job. I am so glad my daughter found this school. I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience...from one happy Grandma

Wolff Pac is The Greatest Place! Learning and exploring here is so much fun. We look forward to each time we come in for sessions. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Parents get updated with great pictures of your kiddo all throughout every day while natural comfortable play is enabled and allowing the little ones to really expand their imagination.
