Wonder Kids Therapy Center is a truly special place. Blanche Buchwald and her team have created a warm, welcoming sensory gym where therapy feels fun, engaging, and empowering for children. The staff are highly professional, caring, and genuinely focused on each child’s growth and wellbeing. My 4-year-old boy absolutely loves coming to therapy. He is excited to go every time, thanks to the joyful environment, playful and cheerful approach, and the exceptionally skilled therapists who bonded with him almost immediately. They have helped improve his language, social skills, and self-regulation, all while he happily believes he’s just playing.

We’ve had such a great experience with our child’s speech therapist. They are incredibly patient, engaging, and truly connect with our child—who absolutely loves going to therapy. The entire therapy center is, knowledgeable, and very professional, which gives us so much confidence and peace of mind. We’re so grateful a friend referred us here, and we’re now looking into starting occupational therapy with them soon.

Wonder Kids Therapy Gym has been an incredible experience for our family. Blanche, the owner, takes every single case so seriously and treats each child with so much care, thoughtfulness, and intention. You can immediately feel how invested she is—not just in therapy sessions, but in truly understanding each child and what they need to succeed. The gym itself is welcoming, engaging, and thoughtfully designed for kids, and also modern and CLEAN. what really sets Wonder Kids apart is Blanche’s dedication and expertise. She's a mother of five, and with over 20 years of experience, I know she has seen it all! We are so grateful to have found an OT practice where our children feel supported and where parents feel heard. DON'T overthink this one, using this practice is a no brainer!

Working with Wonder Kids personally and professionally I can whole heartedly recommend the space, the providers, the attention and the support they give to each child and their family! We love them.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with occupational therapy here. Blanche, Alvin, and Kelli are truly exceptional therapists who have helped our daughter make tremendous progress. She absolutely loves going to her sessions, which says everything about the warm, supportive, and engaging environment they create. Since starting therapy, she has been thriving in ways we are so proud of. They are incredibly supportive of parents, always available, and make the entire process feel collaborative and reassuring. Their dedication, expertise, and genuine care truly set them apart. We are beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for our daughter.

Firstly, the therapy itself was completely ineffective. After roughly ten sessions, when we finally raised concerns, the owner acknowledged that we were headed in the wrong direction the entire time. While the owner appears competent, she was not actually involved in my son’s sessions or the treatment plan. We have since discontinued services. Secondly, their billing practices are extremely questionable. They repeatedly charged the card on file without ever providing invoices, and the amounts often did not match either what we had agreed to or what appeared on the insurance EOBs. On at least one occasion, they billed the wrong amount entirely (which they later corrected), and on another, they billed the insurance for services that were never rendered. I’m now having to deal with my insurance company to resolve those improper charges. They also tack on a 3% credit-card fee even when you use a debit card. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere if you can.

I highly recommend Wonder Kids Therapy Center! Blanche is amazing and my daughter absolutely loves working with her. Blanche has helped my daughter become more patient and less impulsive, and has worked with her through a number of life changes, including the birth of a sibling. She has done in-school sessions with my daughter, helping her navigate peer relationships and giving the teachers tools to help my daughter succeed. She also helped me create a reasonable sensory diet for my daughter at home, so I can use the same tools she uses during their sessions in a way that is not disruptive to the rest of the family and still gives my daughter the input she needs. We have seen huge improvement in my daughter's behavior and, more importantly, her happiness and self-confidence and we are so grateful for Blanche!

Blanche and Wonder Kids Therapy has truly changed the life of my now five year old daughter. My then 4 year old started seeing Blanche because I felt she needed an outlet for more sensory input and tools to help her regulate. We have seen my daughter more easily regulate when she becomes overwhelmed from both a sensory perspective and emotionally. Not only is my daughter exposed to helpful tools during her sessions but we are given tools to implement in between sessions and feel supported along the way. I am forever grateful to WDTG!

My 3 year old son is seen by Blanche at Wonder Kids. He was seen because he had difficulty regulating his body and had trouble with clumsiness and overall behavior problems in school and at home. Since starting Occupational Therapy at Wonder Kids, we notice a huge difference in everyday life. He has gained a sense of control over his body and this has positively impacted how he functions in daily life. We are so grateful for Wonder Kids!

We started sending our daughter to Wonder Kids Therapy a couple of weeks ago. She was having difficulty from transitioning between activities at daycare and got easily frustrated. It was assessed that she was a sensory seeker and we’re learning how to help her feel balanced and calm. My daughter loves going to OT and enjoys spending her time with Ms. Blanche. The therapists and the office manager are very responsive and supportive. Would highly recommend it.
